HOW THIS ALL CAME ABOUT:

Last December, I had the pleasure of co-sponsoring the highly
exclusive, invitation-only women’s retreat. It was an amazing event focusing on wealth with ease. As women, we came
together to comfort and grow. Yep, we did BOTH and by the end of the weekend of growth, a robust conversation ensued about Napa Valley Wine Country comfort!

I had been longing to return to Napa Valley so I
jumped right in and, on the spot, volunteered to plan a soothing, calm, yet absolutely titillating intellectually stimulating time for us.

See, I was raised all over

Northern California, from the Bay Area—cable car city San Francisco and the Oakland Hills—ultimately landing in the seductively sweet spot of Napa Valley. It is gorgeously scenic and inspired my desire for luxury and comfort AND my fiery determination…and most of all, it's home.

After living in the Northeast for decades, it’s time to return to the energy that is the core of me—the Energy of the Elevated Exhale!

Our Facilitators

Nzengha “Zen” Waseme, Esq.

is the founder of Dream-Lawyers, a women-centered initiative of her law firm, focused on asset growth and protection. This initiative was founded on Zen’s belief that women are multifaceted and have the superpower to rebirth and reinvent themselves endlessly. Dream-Lawyers functions as a midwife to rebirth and provides the regulatory compliance tools for women to thrive in the process.

Following the success of Dream-Lawyers, Zen founded ArtWorks.™, a nonprofit legal service program. As the Executive Director of ArtWorks.™, Zen serves innovators, such as authors, artists, entrepreneurs, and scientists by protecting their intellectual property and certifies attorneys through its intellectual property legal residency program.

Zen has served 20+ years as a business development consultant and business attorney with a fascination in the magical intersection of intellectual property and business growth and development.

A self-proclaimed neuronerd, Zen recently co-founded Flourish Over Forty to fulfill her personal development passions as a Health Coach, certified in womb wellness, trauma, and life coaching strategies.

Zen enjoys sipping syrah near water (beaches, rivers, lakes, streams). She is the wife of one, mother of two, and midwife to the dreams of many.

This aspiring wine connoisseur and savvy Manhattan resident will be your co-facilitator during our exhale experience.

Tamari “Tam” Jenkins

Tam has always had a heart for others and is passionate about helping people find freedom through Health and Wellness.

While in college, she lived in Spain which birthed a deep love for travel and the Spanish professor in her.

In addition to her life as a professor and faculty development facilitator, Tam is dedicated to health and wellness and is co-founder of Tam&Zen Wellness, a private coaching practice designed to offer women a place to rest, renew, and invest in their spiritual development through physical health and wellness.

When she’s not serving others, you can likely track her down snagging a solo spa date or throwing a party at home. In addition to her ambitious journey of more than three decades in academia, she has held many fascinating positions over the years.

To date, wife and mom is her favorite role in life.This world traveler and California resident will be your co-facilitator during our exhale experience.
